AMC INKS ‘TURN: WASHINGTON’S SPIES’ COMPANION COMIC

COVER ART BY CHRIS HUNT, WRITTEN BY SERIES WRITER LATOYA MORGAN

Tune in Tonight for an All New Episode, Also Written by Morgan, at 10pm ET/PT on AMC
A new episode of “TURN: Washington’s Spies” premieres tonight, Monday, April 20 at 10pm ET/PT.  Critics are raving about the series; including Nancy deWolf Smith of the Wall Street Journal who said, “Newcomers to the series can just let the pleasures of this handsome and well-acted period piece wash over them.”

Season two of “TURN: Washington’s Spies” dives deeper into the Culper Ring and the twists, turns, victories and betrayals of a shadow war waged behind enemy lines, pitting the cunning agents of King George against the intrepid and inventive spies serving General George Washington.  Outnumbered and outgunned on the battlefield, Washington is counting on his ring of young spies and his greatest hope, Abe Woodhull, a lone civilian deep behind enemy lines, who finds he has little left to lose, and is willing to risk everything he has left... including his soul.

On the tonight’s episode “False Flag” – also written by LaToya Morgan and directed by Allison Anders – Ben sets a trap to capture a traitor in camp, Richard discovers Abe is conspiring with Major Hewlett and Caleb collides with Robert Rogers.
