New Year! 2024 is Time for Us to Get Back on Track!

Happy New Year! Let's start off 2024 with what this blog/site was before the pandemic. Just need to get back into this and not get burnt out. Lost some of that passion the last few years. Pandemic, injuries and just not mentally wanting to take the time to fully commit to this anymore. Collecting never stopped but just a lot of personal stuff with the day job, life, friends, family and this year mostly need to do better at balancing everything. Still have some of that passion to continue this blog / website. This year the loss of a few people in the art toy community was a huge blow to so many. Collecting is what brings a lot of people together. Collecting and this blog is my outlet and what takes me away just for a little bit out of the real world and the daily grind. It brings a different type of happiness that is hard to explain. With that said, it's time for this blog to rise back up and to start posting a lot more. Here's to 2024 being a better year for everyone! Keep on collecting!

Happy New Year!

Happy New Year! Welcome to 2022! 2021 was slightly better than 2020 but there is still some uncertainty with all these covid variants. Towards the end of 2021 conventions and shows were being held. Our team opted to attend a couple of events this year as things have opened back up. A lot of things have changed in the past couple of years since the pandemic regarding our coverage of shows etc...We've been covering and posting a lot less in the past 2 years but hoping that we get this site back on track and that we can attend more shows this year. Collecting wise, we've probably collected less than in previous years. Have you been collecting more or less in the past 2 years?

Here's to 2022 being better for the convention/show industry and that we can safely attend shows like we did before the pandemic.

Happy New Year!

Happy belated New Year! Don't know what it is but just a lot of different things that's making our attention and focus go away from this. It's been a challenging few weeks. Found out a friend was ill and it was hard to come to terms with what they were dealing with and the battle that lies ahead. Didn't want to ask too many questions as we didn't want to pry. It's a very personal thing with the shock and being scared of what's to come and is something not to take lightly. We wanted them to tell us what was the issue on their own terms when they were ready.

We ended 2019 not feeling that great and with 2020 we have hope that things will go better than 2019 especially for our friend. It makes you think about life and that we aren't promised tomorrow. Live your life to the fullest as if it's the last day on earth.

Hope you're all having a great 2020 so far and thank you for your continued support! Here's to 2020!

Farewell 2016!

For our last post of 2016, what's a better way to end it with our mascot JoJo which we finally made into a mini figure via 3D Printing. We've had a lot challenges and bumps to get our figure made. Original sculptor for our characters went M.I.A. We are still tweaking the figure and hopefully will get more made in resin and if things go well we will find a way to get this made in soft vinyl. We're hoping to get his little buddy Spittelz made as well.

JoJo is 2-inches tall. The texture of the figure is not smooth but feels a bit like fine sandpaper. We have a couple of Pink Versions for sale in our store HERE. If you are interested in a White Version or Painted version like the one in the picture above, send us an email. For the painted versions, we paint each one by hand.

We're hoping 2017 will be a breakout year for our characters and we hope you enjoy them as much as we do.

Thank you for your continued support! We want to wish you all a Happy New Year!

See you in 2017!
Keep on Collecting!
