Recap: Super7's 14th Anniversary Party & Lucky Bags

Super7's 14th Anniversary Party & Lucky Bag Release was this past Saturday evening at both retail locations in San Francisco and San Diego. There are 2 sizes of Lucky Bags this year and you can purchase them online at Super7 HERE. As of this posting only the small bags are still available (Edited: All sold out now). If you are on the fence about purchasing one, take a look at some of the figures that were pulled from the Lucky bags at the anniversary party below.

Super7 Announces 14th Anniversary Party and Lucky Bag Release

Better late than never, Super7 finally announced that their 14th Anniversary Party and Lucky Bag Release will take place on Saturday, September 26th at 7PM at both of their location in San Francisco and San Diego. There will be 2 different sizes of the Lucky Bag this year - Small Bag (3 Figures) $130 or Large Bag (6 Figures) $270. If you can't make it to Super7's retail stores for their party/release these will also go up for sale at super7store.com the same night at 8PM.

Invisible Creature Odd Galaxy's Stinson Vinyl Figure

Finally, Invisible Creature's Odd Galaxy's Stinson has made a nice stealthy debut in Super7's 13th Anniversary Lucky Bags. Stinson was shown in prototype form way back in 2012 at SDCC. This guy is so much fun to play with. Stinson has articulation in his neck so you can make him do a full 360 and also on the base that he sits on so he can rotate. From what we know, there were only a few of these that made it into the Lucky Bags. If you didn't get one in your lucky bag, pretty sure there will be more releases in the future.

Can't wait for future releases. Just need to add in some sound effects and perhaps customize this into a r/c. This guy is a Mascot DX, so prepare to make space for him.

So this Friday, June the 13th is Super7's 13th Anniversary Party. As you know, when Super7's Anniversary comes along every year, there is Lucky Bags!!! This year there are 2 sizes of Lucky Bags - Small or Large. If you look carefully at 5 of the pictures you can see hints / teasers of what will be released in the Lucky Bags. Preview Shirahama's 2014 Kumon Lucky Bag

Preview Shirahama Toy's 2014 Kumon Lucky Bag. Each bag will cost 8000yen and can be purchased HERE. You will get 2 Kumon figures, 1 Pumpkin Pie Kumon and 1 Random Kumon which could be Marble, Test color , Test Paint, unreleased etc.... Most of the random figures will be one of a kind.

Gargamel Lucky Bags 2014

Gargamel released their Lucky Bags a few days ago and is now sold out but for those that still want to buy one, Super7 will have their Gargamel Lucky Bags up for sale on Thursday, January 16th HERE for $300. Myplasticheart has already put theirs up for sale online but they still have a few for in-store customers. Other retailers that will have the Lucky Bags are Rotofugi (sold out online), Angel Abby, The Hang Gang and Mintyfresh.

Cometdebris' 2014 Lucky Bags

Cometdebris will be releasing their Annual Lucky Bags during Super Festival 64. Cometdebris will also have a few available in his online store with details still to be announced.

Refreshment's Lucky Bag Mutant Chaos Exclusive for Designer Con

Refreshment announced that they will also have an exclusive Lucky Bag Mutant Chaos at Designer Con. It's similar to a blind bag so you don't know which one you'll get.

PangeaSeed's Spooky Bag

PangeaSeed has a special Spooky Bag release which started October 16th. Basically it's a Lucky Bag where you don't know what you get but you could get t-shirts, art-prints, Sametans etc.... There is only a couple of bags left and you only have until October 31st to purchase a bag for $50. All proceeds goes to save the Sharks and other endangered sea life. Ok, if you hit the link you've been warned that this is a spoiler post since some are still waiting for their Lucky Bags to arrive. We will be revealing most of the contents of 1 Lucky Bag that we got. Some of the teasers the S7 posted weeks leading up to their Anniversary Party hinted that there would be 4 new sculpts. We will be revealing that as well as what the D.O.A. figures are and so on....

Super7's 12th Anniversary Lucky Bag Teasers

Super7 has so far been releasing clues for the past couple of weeks leading up to their 12th Anniversary Party & Lucky Bag release which is next Saturday, May 25th and coincides with a Gargamel Custom Show which makes next Saturday an event not to miss. Can you figure out the teasers?

It's Almost That Time of Year Again!

When you think of May, you know that Super7 will be celebrating their Anniversary which of course means LUCKY BAG TIME!!! This year, in addition to their anniversary party and lucky bags they will be hosting a Gargamel Custom Show!!! This is going to be one expensive show for collectors. It's a good thing Super7 gave us the heads up early enough to start saving our pennies for the Lucky Bag as well as Gargamel Customs.

Save the Date of May 25th at 7PM at Super7. Lucky Bags will cost $300 and includes 9 figures. 2 Secret Releases, 4 new sculpt debut figures and randomly inserted custom hand painted figures, unpainted test shots/prototypes, unexpected surprises and more..... Hopefully Super7 will be posting some teasers of the Lucky Bag contents & Gargamel Custom Show in the next few weeks leading up to the big day!

The Toy Box: Gargamel's 2013 Lucky Bag Micro Figures

Haven't done this in a while but here's some of the newest toys from The Toy Box! These are Micro figures from Gargamel's 2013 Lucky Bags. Each Lucky Bag contained 3 Micro figures. From looking at various people's Lucky Bags, you would either get Set A - Silver/Grey Oozebat, Silver/Grey Zagoran & Clear Blue Ojo Rojo or Set B - Clear Pink Angel Bird, Clear Blue Boris The Bee & Silver/Grey Thrashman. The Rootbeer Glitter Oozebat seems to be randomly inserted into one of the sets and just replaces one of the other micros.

Ferg x Grody Shogun Young Gohst Lucky Bag Release

Lulubell will be releasing Ferg x Grody Shogun's Young Gohst Lucky Bags tomorrow, Thursday, January 31st at Noon Pacific HERE for $55 + shipping. (If you're a subber then yours will ship with your next subscription figures.)  Limit 1 per person. Each 2013 Lucky Bag contains 2 figures.  Every bag will contain one smoke grey base vinyl Gohst with a heavy glitter brain/tongue insert, and it is finished off with a light dusting of metallic pink spray!  The other figure will be random, mixed parts figures (examples shown above).

Gargamel's 2013 Lucky Bags at Super7

Super7 will be offering a pre-order for Gargamel's 2013 Lucky Bag on Thursday, January 17th at Noon Pacific. Cost of  Lucky Bags is $300. Order HERE.

Each Lucky Bag is blind bagged consisting of nine toys in the following sizes:
- 2 Full Sized
- 4 Pocket or Crouching Sized
- 3 Micro Sized

Bags will start shipping the week of January 21st.

Uamou Happy Bag Release

Uamou will be releasing the Uamou Happy Bag on January 4,5,6 2013. Costs 3000yen.

Cometdebris' 2013 Lucky Bag Release Info

As we posted preview pics yesterday of Cometdebris' Lucky Bag figures, today Cometdebris has released more details on how you can buy one.

The Lucky Bags will be released on December 31st at 7:01am PST (January 1st 12:01am Japan Time) in Cometdebris' store HERE.

There will be 3 different (Sametan, Kappa Shonen or Big) Lucky Bags that you can buy. More info below:

Sametan Lucky Bag

The Sametan Lucky Bag includes an unpainted mixed parts Sametan, featuring unreleased colored parts. Blind packaged and shipped at random.  Price is $40 and can be ordered HERE.

Kappa Shonen Lucky Bag

The Kappa Shonen Lucky Bag includes a one of a kind custom painted glitter Kappa Shonen figure (silver rainbow glitter or a rarer clear brown with gold glitter). Blind packaged and shipped at random. Price is $90 and can be ordered HERE.

Big Lucky Bag

The Big Lucky Bag includes three figures: unpainted mixed parts Sametan (as seen in the pic above), unpainted Kappa Shonen (unpainted glitter, test shot, or unreleased vinyl), custom painted Kappa Shonen (glitter vinyl). Also includes a Sametan sticker/button set. Price for this one is $185 and can be ordered HERE.

For those in Japan, the Cometdebris 2013 Lucky Bags will also be available at Super Festival 61 on January 13th in Tokyo.
