SF Ensorcelled Man |
A couple of weeks ago, I received my Super Festival Grody Shogun goodies from Lulubell. One of them was the Ensorcelled Man that you see in the above pic. Grody Shogun is a mad man churning out boat loads of awesome figures. The question now is, Does he ever have time to sleep? The great thing about all the different types of figures that he puts out is that there's something for everyone and the prices are extremely affordable.

SF GS x Ilanena Ojisan |
A couple of the first Grody pieces that I got was the Monstergools which was a collaboration with Paul Kaiju. This collab consisted of Grody Shogun's Monster Heads using Paul Kaiju's Seagool body. What was cool about this release was that it was a "treasure hunt" on Lulubell where you had to search their store to find them. Above is the Super Festival Ilanena Ojisan collaboration. My first Ojisan and definitely not the last.

Group Shot of my Growing Grody Shogun Collection |
Oh yeah, as you can see in the pic above, I was also able to get 2 of the Unpainted Super Festival Monster figures. These come blind bagged.
I also have a few other things on the way but if you had a chance to stop by NYCC, you were definitely in for a treat because Grody Shogun was there in person and of course he brought along a bunch of Grody Shogun stuff for NYCC and also at the Cotton Candy Machine.
I have to give props to Grody (Luke), Amy & Lulubell for spreading out the Grody figures with made to orders, stealth releases (keeping Grody fans on their toes) and of course the awesome prices. Looking forward to Designercon and future releases!
