Loot Crate Alter Ego Unboxing

We're unboxing the Loot Crate Alter Ego Crate. As you can tell in picture above, our crate got a bit crushed in transit. We were a bit nervous to see what the damage was to the items inside the crate. Check out our unboxing pictures below:

Funko just announced that Loungefly is now part of the Funko family. Funko acquired Loungefly back in late May of this year. Loungefly will have 2 exclusive bags for SDCC this year. They will be at Booth #5346 which is across from the Funko booth.

The first exclusive is the Star Wars Limited Edition Denim Patch Backpack for $80. Limited to 400. The second exclusive is the Stranger Things Limited Edition Backpack for $45 and is also limited to 400.

Cars 3 Road to the Races Tour stopped in San Jose, CA. It was a scorching hot day. We arrived at our scheduled VIP time which was pretty early. They were only at this stop for 2 days. This event is obviously geared towards kids but we couldn't resist to see what they were going to have there. The only cool thing for us adults were the life-size Lightning McQueen and Jackson Storm. Unfortunately, Cruz Ramirez was not there.

Nintendo Summer of Play 2017 will be making stops across the USA. The only Northern California stop was at the Alameda County Fair during the first 3 days of the fair which is located in Pleasanton, CA. We waited in line for about 30-40 minutes since they didn't open until Noon and the Fair opened at 11am. Luckily, it was still early in the day so the heat was still bearable. There was a huge heatwave that last almost 2 weeks or so.

Funko also announced Part 2 of their Exclusives for their "Get Animated" Pop-Up Shop during SDCC. We noticed some new items such as the POP! Soda and the Boxed POP! Tees! Lots of WB Characters that have never been made before and of course some favorites in new colors.

Funko announced that they will be releasing Smurf POP Figures this summer! They'll be releasing Papa Smurf, Smurfette, Brainy Smurf, Astro/Dreamy Smurf, Purple Smurf and Gargamel with Azrael. You can pre-order these from your friends at Entertainment Earth for $10.99 each.

Super7 x Iron Maiden Pop Up Shop Starts This Saturday!

Just a reminder that Super's Iron Maiden Pop-up shop starts this Saturday, July 1st at their San Francisco Location. The Store hours are 12pm - 7pm. They will be close on July 4th as it is a Holiday.

Funko announced Wave 10: HBO Westworld & Game of Thrones SDCC 2017 Exclusives. From Westworld, there will be a POP! Musashi and POP! Young Ford (Robotic Dr. Ford Host). The Game of Thrones exclusives are POP! The Mountain (armored) and a Dorbz Tormund and Brienne 2-pack (Toy Tokyo).

Iron Maiden Pop-Up Shop at Super7
