"Sam Heinous is Mutant Vinyl Hardcore's only figure that will be released once a year only on Halloween. After this he will go back into his hiding place until next year where he can roam yet again. Beware though, he may pop up from time to time in 1 off form, but no production releases.The "Glowing Pumpkin of Death" is Cast in Glow Vinyl and painted in red, yellow, orange & black with green & light copper details. Also comes with a pewter & leather wrapped handle knife.

These will all come blind bagged because there are also 2 different "Chase" Versions. Chase #1 is painted in the classic MVH colors (classic green & purple with red & black details). Chase #2 is "I survived the night" Bloody, savaged & gross.
