Funko just announced that they will be releasing Toy Story 20th Anniversary POP! Vinyl figures featuring a new Woody and Buzz Lightyear with the addition of Hamm and Rex!!! These are scheduled to be released in December/January. You can pre-order Woody, Buzz, Hamm and Rex right now for $9.99 each through Entertainment Earth.
