eigoMANGA sends us their press release on what they will have at Anime Expo.

eigoMANGA will be exhibiting at Booth #1149.

Animation Screening -

'Padak' is an award-winning full-length animated film directed by Lee Dae Hee. The film is about the lives of fish in captivity in a Korean seafood restaurant. Some fish accept their fate while others fight to change it.

This is the North American advance screening premier of 'Padak'.

The 'Padak' screening is scheduled for Monday, 10am - 1:00pm and located at Video 2 (LACC 404).

'eigoMANGA In 2012 Panel':

Colleagues from eigoMANGA will announce and showcase releases of the company's mass-market publications, games, and animation titles in 2012.

'eigoMANGA In 2012 Panel' is scheduled for Saturday, 10am - 11am at LP 2 (LACC 502AB).


'How To Draw Manga And Portfolio Review':
eigoMANGA artists and editors will hold a workshop tutorial to teach the fundamentals of manga illustration and storytelling. They will also be on hand to critique portfolios from up-and-coming artists.

'The How To Draw Manga And Portfolio Review' workshop is scheduled for Sunday, 11am - 12pm at WS2 (LACC 501).

Camilla d'Errico at Anime Expo LA 2012

Vancouver, June 25, 2012 - Camilla d’Errico will be attending Anime Expo LA in person June 29-July 2 at the Los Angeles Convention Center. AXLA is the West Coast’s largest annual Anime and Japanese culture convention, bringing more than 50,000 people together. This is the first time Camilla attends AXLA in person, and her fervent and very large fanbase in LA has been waiting for her to return to LA since she her last live event for Sanrio’s Hello Kitty Anniversary in 2009. 

Find Camilla at Exhibition Hall booth #1210 with new prints, clothing & apparel, and copies of the new, big, beautiful hardcover Tanpopo Graphic Novel 1 published with BOOM! Studios.
Camilla will be contributing several Live Programming events to AXLA’s schedule, including Live Painting, and Workshops on “Hobby To Pro” and “How to Merchandise Your Art”.
