Mimoco's SDCC Exclusives & Signing Schedule

Mimoco Announces their SDCC Exclusives & Signing Schedule. Check them out at Booth # 4938.

Can't make it to SDCC, well Mimoco has set up a waiting list. Any unsold exclusives will be offered to those who signed up, first come, first serve. So shoot Mimoco an email to SDCC@mimoco.com and in the subject put your exclusive that you would like to reserve.

"There is a limit of one exclusive per wait list request. There is also a limit of one unit per customer per exclusive design. After SDCC is over, and if any inventory remains, a member of the Teamoco will be in touch with instructions to secure your waitlisted item(s). You will have 48 hours from receipt of emailed instructions to confirm your waitlisted item(s) before they will be released."

Rotofugi announces more SDCC Exclusives

Rotofugi has announced more of their SDCC exclusives. The purple guy there you see is called Evil Syrup Ninja by Shawnimals. Limited to 50pcs and will be available all days or while supplies last. $25 (tax included)

Next up is the Starry Violet Mini Skelve by Kathie Olivas & Brandt Peters. Limited Edition of 100. These will be blind bagged because there are special chase purple mask versions randomly inserted. Only 25 will be released at SDCC. The remaining 75 will be released by Circus Posterus after SDCC.

So that means because there are only 25 available, Rotofugi will be holding a lottery for this figure. So you would need to stop by their booth #4736 either Wednesday or Thursday (limit 1 per person) and stop back at their booth on Friday to see if they drew your raffle ticket so you can purchase one. These are $66 (tax included).

Jeff Lamm's Show @ The Grasshut

Jeff Lamm's show at The Grasshut opened July7th and runs until the end of the month. Didn't make it to the show well there are some pieces available online at the Grasshut's store. Some paintings and very affordable prints.

Sofubi Godfathers Show @ Toy Art Gallery

Toy Art Gallery presents the Sofubi Godfathers Show featuring 5 awesome Kaiju Sofubi Artists - Mark Nagata, Plaseebo (Bob Conge), LASH (Mutant Vinyl Harcore), Paul Kaiju and Blobpus. The opening reception is July 8th from 7-11pm and the show runs until July 29th.

Buff Monster x Hi-Fructose will be releasing an exclusive SDCC Wood Print. This is 2nd of 5 Exclusive Wood Prints that will be at Hi-Fructose's booth. Buff Monster will be signing this at Hi-Fructose's booth on Thursday, July 21st at 3PM.

I really like these wood prints. Must find some space.

Artist Ashley Wood a Special Guest at SDCC

Artist Ashley Wood will be a Special Guest at SDCC and most of you know him from his comics or better yet 3A Toys! Ashley will be at IDW's Booth # 2643 for signings and also bringing with him exclusives and hard to find items from his toys to books.

Right now you can pre-order Ashley's Popbot Big Beautiful Book  and Fat Tarino at IDW. Both are limited to 500 pieces.

Ashley will also be in the Spotlight Panel, Friday, July 22nd at 4:30PM in ROOM 24ABC. Please check that day for any schedule or room changes. There are times when programming changes the same day so pick up one of their schedule newsletters in the morning to make sure there was no last minute changes.

4th of July Weekend!

Hope you all had a great 4th of July Weekend! We decided to take a break from the usual postings and what not. This weekend with time to just to reflect on what Independence Day means to us and to relax and have some good BBQ. I guess you can call this the calm before the storm that is SDCC. Only 2 weeks before the big show of the year.
