Matty from Mattel, just announced that they will be doing a 4-City Collector Appreciation Tour this year. From the info it looks to be a great way to talk to some of the designers and people behind the toy process and will not be crazy like SDCC. Mattel will also have panels, special guests and giveaways including collector buttons customized for each city.

New York Comic Con in NY (10/13-10/16)
