MAD's Micro MAD*L 3D Prints Figures for NYCC Update
MAD will have 3 different colors of his 3D printed Micro MAD*L figures for NYCC. Find him Friday or Saturday to buy these from him. These will cost $15 each. If any are left, they will go up for sale in his store.

Adventure Time and Regular Show Panels at Hilton Bayfront on Friday, July 19
At
this year’s San Diego Comic-Con, Cartoon Network will once again offer
the ultimate fan experience both on and off the convention floor. Taking
center stage is an
Adventure Time themed booth on the convention floor showcasing
the Ice King’s iconic castle with an exclusive fan-centric photo
opportunity. Fans again have the opportunity to collect exclusive
Comic-Con giveaways including five different
Adventure Time buttons.
Directly
across the street from the Convention Center, Cartoon Network has
joined forces for a second year with the New Children’s Museum of San
Diego to offer families and
kids-of-all ages a unique immersive experience. Taking its inspiration
from the Emmy® award-winning series
Regular Show, Cartoon Network will transform The New Children’s Museum into the
Regular Show Regular Zone – a sensory feast complete with nostalgic 80’s arcade games,
Regular Show inspired video games, and groovy neon lighting.
Topping the museum with ginormous inflatables of series stars Mordecai
and Rigby, Comic-Con goers won’t be able to miss the
Regular Show Regular Zone at The New Children’s Museum which is open and free of charge throughout San Diego Comic-Con 2013.
For the first time ever, Cartoon Network will host back-to-back panels of fan favorite series
Adventure Time and Regular Show at the Hilton Bayfront on Friday, July 19.
Series creators and stars will participate in interactive panels, where
fans can ask their burning questions and get all the behind-the-scenes
secrets on their favorite
shows! Other Cartoon Network events will include panels and signings
for Annoying Orange, Ben 10:Omniverse, MAD, Beware the Batman, Teen Titans Go! and
LEGO Legends of Chima as well as a sneak peak of three brand new original animated comedies:
Uncle Grandpa, Steven Universe and Clarence.

Toy Art Gallery's Official Release Party for Bruce Lee's Temple Of Kung Fu
Toy Art Gallery will host the Official Release of Bruce Lee's Temple Of Kung Fu Mini Figure Blind Box series designed by MAD and manufactured by Round 5. The Official Release Party takes place on Saturday, September 22nd. Starts at 6PM. MAD will be in attendance to meet fans and sign his figures. A cocktail reception will follow immediately after the signing.
Fans that line up early will receive a limited edition Temple of Kung Fu poster showcasing all the characters in the series and signed by MAD.
“We will have 50 autographed posters to give away to the first people in line at the Temple of Kung Fu release party,” says Gino Joukar, owner of Toy Art Gallery. “MAD did an incredible job with this series, and it will be a lot fun to have him onsite when people open their blind boxes and discover all the chase characters and accessories that he and Round 5 included.”
Bruce Lee’s Temple of Kung Fu Series 1 features a 3-inch blind box assortment of 29 characters including a variety of Bruce Lee-inspired characters and will be available at select retailers around the world this Fall.
“I’m excited to meet all the fans and see their reaction to the first series of Temple of Kung Fu,” says MAD. “We worked really hard on this series, and I’m extremely proud of the final product. I hope the fans love it too.”
The official release of Bruce Lee’s Temple of Kung Fu Series 1 will take place at Toy Art Gallery at 6pm on September 22, 2012.

The Toy Box: Kidrobot's San Francisco 'Bots

Kidrobot recently released an exclusive 'Bot for every store that they had except Vegas. Artist MAD designed each of the City's exclusive 'Bot. There were even T-shirts as well. The T-shirts & Figures are exclusive to their City Store so for example, the KRSF 'Bot can only be purchased at the San Francisco store etc... This 3" figure come with a Chinese Take Out Box and KRSF Hat. He's decked out in a tie dye shirt. Each of these City 'Bots are designed to represent their city/location. These run for about $11.95 or so.

Kidrobot's City 'Bots Minis
Kidrobot will be releasing their City 'Bots June 21st for $11.95 each. Each City 'Bots represents each of the Kidrobot Stores - New York, San Francisco, London, Florida, Los Angeles. These were designed by Artist MAD. These were based off of his designs for t-shirts that were made exclusive to each of the Kidrobot Stores.
So how can you get these? Well, you can get them by visiting each Kidrobot store or if you have friends in each location, ask them to help you out. These won't be sold online. You can only get them in-store. So that means, you want the LA version, you have to hit up the LA store etc...
These are pretty damn awesome! Wish they came out years ago when I was heavily collecting KR stuff. Might have to pick these up.

Round 5 x Bruce Lee x MAD = Bruce Lee's Temple of Kung Fu
Round 5 just announced their collaboration project with Bruce Lee Enterprises & Artist/ Toy Designer Jeremy Madl aka MAD in producing Bruce Lee's Temple of Kung Fu Series 1 figures. These figures are 3" tall and will come in blind box assortment of 28 different characters including limited chase figures, alternate colorways, costume designs and accessories.
Here's a video of MAD designing these figures.
Would love to see these figures up close as well as the SRP on these blind box figures. Fans of Bruce Lee will love these.
The Temple of Kung Fu will feature a broad variety of figures inspired by the legend and career of Bruce Lee, and those of Kung Fu history and lore.These are scheduled to be released this summer and will be available at select retailers. If you are heading to the New York Toy Fair, February 12-15, stop by their booth #4517 to check out Bruce Lee's Temple of Kung Fu figures.
