The Beast is Back aka Chris Lee will be releasing 2 Exclusive Oversized Select Your Hero Prints at Wondercon this year. The first exclusive is Juggernaut ruins birthday parties which is an 8x10 print. Edition of 50 and will cost $20. The second exclusive is Gizmo is ready to unleash some sweet marshmallow justice which is a 5x7 print. Edition of 50 and will cost $10. Stop by Booth #502 to pick up these awesome prints! Btw, if there are any left over these will be put up in their store.

APE 2014 Recap

Forgot to post this and another event up from last month. If you follow us on instagram then these pics you have seen already.

This is the last year that APE (Alternative Press Expo) will be with Comic-Con International. In 2015, APE will return back to Dan Vado who founded APE back in 1994 and his SLG Publishing Team.

This year APE was held at the Fort Mason Center in the Festival Pavilion Building. The weather was very nice on the day that we went. Parking was scarce near the Festival Pavilion due to the Farmers Market that was going on that day as well.  There seems to be more exhibitors at APE this year ranging from indie comic publishers, artists etc...

Designer Con 2013 Recap - Chris Lee's Model U-23 Prototype

Chris Lee aka The Beast is Back revealed his new prototype of Model U-23 which is part of The World of Freeman Robotics. Each figure will be cast in resin and 100% hand-painted, assembled, detailed or weathered making each figure unique. Scheduled to be released Winter 2013.

Model U-23 was sculpted by Scott Wetterschneider at Shinbone Creative.
