SDCC 2013 Toy Haul - Domo

Dark Horse once again had some cool Domo exclusives for SDCC. The first one is the Toy2r Caveman Domo Qee. The Indomitable Abominable Domo & Electric Slide Domo were also exclusive to SDCC. Each tag was numbered and was sold exclusively in the Domo Store.

Toy2r USA Closes

Toy2r announces the closure of their Toy2r USA Divison. 

"While the Qeevolution continues, It is with deep regret that Toy2R USA is
ending operations on August 2012. The decision for closure has been a
logistical and unavoidable reasons. We venture to bring to your kind
notice that Toy2R USA will be unable to provide further support for the
USA base of operations.

Toy2R (Hong Kong) Limited will continue to provide its services to all
its clients and evolving the Qee brand and launching several new and
exciting projects direct from its base of operations in Hong Kong.

Several amazing artist projects are planned for release in 2012/2013 as
well as other new licensing programs taking Toy2R to the next stage in
its ever growing profile of designer art toy collaborations."

Toy2r USA recently announced Bossy Bear's newest friend Bissy Bear. Looks like Bossy Bear will have some competition with Bissy Bear! Bissy Bear will retail for $20 and is set to be released in time for the holidays!

No date or other info has been released yet. Keep your eyes on Rotofugi's webstore.

I want this so bad! Hopefully, I can get it when it drops.

Toy2r is releasing their 7" Qee Transparent Bear in May. Limited to 100pcs and will cost you $59.95. Here's the description from Toy2r.

Re-engineered with new arm articulation, the Qee can rotate its arms in a full 360 degree circle and point out at a full 90 degrees from its body, giving the figure a bigger range of motion. WOW! Now this sounds pretty amazing looks like it will be way easier to customize (well for me anyhow) and the ability to paint inside it too. Looks like I may need one of these.

Toy2r x David Horvath's Strange Beast Bossy Bear Collection is set to be released in May for $20 each. These are Kaiju-style Bossy Bears. Will be available in the 2 colors shown in the picture. They stand 5" tall.

I like these. Hopefully I can get them when they come out.
