IDW To Debut Dorothy of Oz at Wondercon

Stop by IDW Booth # 701 and pick up the Limited Edition Dorothy of Oz which debuts at Wondercon.

"DOROTHY OF OZ, the first in a series of five limited edition comic books, will be officially unveiled at San Francisco’s WonderCon. The comics will fill in the gap for eager franchise fans from the classic L. Frank Baum “Wonderful Wizard of Oz” tale to the upcoming 2012 release of the animated DOROTHY OF OZ, based on the book by his great-grandson Roger Stanton Baum. The comic is produced by Summertime Entertainment and Publishers IDW"

Cartoon Network's Adventure Time at Wondercon

If you are a fan of Cartoon Network's Adventure Time, you can pick up your very own Exclusive shirt at the Mighty Fine booth # 1236. This shirt was designed for the show and will be selling for $25. The Mighty Fine Booth will also be giving out prizes. All you need to do is stop by their booth and pick up an entry card and fill it out.

In addition, there will be a panel on Saturday April 2nd in room 104 at 11am where series creator Pendleton Ward and Cartoon Network director of original series Curtis Lelash will give fans a behind-the-scenes look at the network's hit show and an exclusive preview of an upcoming episode. Fans who attend can ask questions and participate in the trivia challenge to win Adventure Time prizes.

Oni Press at Wondercon

Check out Oni Press at Booth # 601 at Wondercon April 1-3. They will be giving out a Special Collectible Poster from the upcoming Art Book for Summit Entertainment's The Darkest Hour. The full art book will debut later this year.

"The special Wondercon poster is 11 x 17 and features an image of destruction at the Taj Mahal, with 2 soldiers from opposite sides of a centuries-long conflict fighting together as the last men standing against the unseen alien invaders. The Limited Edition poster is illustrated by Brian Hurtt an colored by Bill Crabtree."

Gama-Go Wondercon Beer Fest

Gama-Go is having an awesome Beer Fest at their SOMA store Thursday, March 31st from 4:30pm - 6:30pm. To celebrate the start of Wondercon there will be beer, door prizes and and everything will be 25% off.

Dai Kaiju Card Monsters Tohoku Disaster Relief Custom Toy Benefit Sale for Japan

Ilanena, Fig-Lab & all the International Artists who participated in the Dai Kaiju Card Monster Custom Toy Show last month has agreed to donate 100% of the proceeds from the show to help the victims of the disaster in the Tohoku region of Japan. Treeson Fundraising Project to Help Japan Rebuild Their Homes

Treeson's creator Bubi Au Yeung is organizing a Fundraising Project to Help Japan Rebuild Their Home. Items that are donated are 24 Treeson gift sets including a Treeson plush keychain, a Treeson and other stories series 2 blindbox (donated by Crazylabel) and a hand drawing by Bubi (a postcard size), 4 Treeson Mimobot usb flash drives, 50 treeson posters, two special rare items donated by Crazylabel: a blank white baby treeson eating leaf and a blank white sitting Ren figure from S2 for sale.
