IDW Announces My Little Pony Micro Fun Packs

IDW announces the My Little Pony Micro Fun Packs. The Micro Fun Packs are basically small comic books that can easily fit in your backpack or pocket. These will be released on November 15th. Below is the Press Release:

"This new mini-comic line will be available on November 15th, featuring four My Little Pony issues: Pinkie Pie, Fluttershy, Rainbow Dash and Applejack. Everyone’s favorite ponies will all be shrinking down to a new 5.75” x 3.75” size. designed to bring the world of My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic into your school bags and pockets."

“These micro-fun packs are full of great surprises,” said IDW CEO and publisher, Ted Adams. “We’ve taken the comic and re-lettered it to adjust for the new size, then we’ve added a host of new content that will provide hours of fun. It’s a huge home run and we’re happy to continue the IDW tradition of delivering innovative, quality books.”

Each micro-fun pack comes with a complete 22-page micro-comic book that’s been re–formatted for the size. On top of adjusting for size, the content of the book has been updated as well, with a two-page My Little Pony play set splash page in the middle of each book, which provides the perfect backdrop for arranging the removable sticker also included in each pack. In addition, a three-page “How-to-Draw” tutorial has been added to each issue, sure to bring joy to any aspiring artist.  On top of the comic and sticker, each pack also contains one of 16 different foldout posters and tattoos. That means My Little Pony fans will have plenty of opportunity to collect and trade these goodies with their friends.

LEGO Marvel Super Heroes' New Character Screens from NYCC

The LEGO Marvel Super Heroes team sent us their latest Character Screens that was shown at NYCC.

MARVELous new character screenshots featuring Electro, Havok, Shocker, Polaris, and Superior Spider Man among other Super Heroes and Villains have surfaced just in time for the highly anticipated North American release of LEGO® Marvel Super Heroes on October 22 for Xbox 360®, PlayStation®3, Wii U , Nintendo 3DS , PlayStation® Vita, and PC. The game will also be available for Xbox One® and PlayStation® 4 in November! 

LEGO® Marvel Super Heroes features an original story crossing the entire Marvel Universe. Players take control of Iron Man, Spider-Man, the Hulk, Captain America, Wolverine and many more Marvel characters as they unite to stop Loki and a host of other Marvel villains from assembling a super-weapon capable of destroying the world.
