Funko Reveals Another Round of SDCC 2014 Exclusives

Funko revealed another round of SDCC 2014 Exclusives through their social media giveways. As you can see there are 2 Exclusive Despicable Me 2 Minions, GID BMO & Princess Bubblegum from Adventure Time and Blood Splattered Vincent Vega & Jules from Pulp Fiction. All are POP! Vinyl Figures.

Entertainment Earth announced their Despicable Me 2 Mustache Carl POP! Vinyl Figure Exclusive. Retails for $12.99 and you can pre-order it here. These are scheduled to arrive in August.

Despicable Me 2 Finger Puppets

Despicable Me 2 Finger Puppets Series 1. These are blind boxed so you don't know which Minion you'll be getting. SRP $4 each. If interested in these, you should ask your local vinyl toy store to order these.

Despicable Me 2 3-D Puzzle Erasers

A pretty cool find. These are Despicable Me 2 Puzzle Eraseez or 3D  Pull Apart Erasers. There are 12 to collect. They are blind packaged. These are made by Bullsitoy (Bulls i toy). These have really small pieces so be very careful around young children.

Despicable Me 2 Happy Meal Toys

Before SDCC, Mcdonalds in the U.S. released their Despicable Me 2 Happy Meal Toys. This movie was a hit and of course the main stars were the Minions which explains why every Happy Meal Toy was a Minion and not one of the girls or Gru etc... were in the set. We were able to get 7 of the 8 before SDCC and didn't get the last one until we came back. These look pretty good for Happy Meal Toys and they don't cost much either which is a plus.

If you wanted to be a super completest for these then there are different countries who released the Despicable Me 2 Happy Meal Toys too and certain countries get 1 or 2 different exclusive figures that other countries don't get. Some countries have more than 8 for their set. Definitely satisfied with the U.S. set and won't be trying to collect the ones from other countries.

SDCC 2013 Toy Haul - Despicable Me 2 Minion Dave Chara-Bricks

These were interesting pick-ups at SDCC. They had huge lifesize versions of the regular version of Dave on display which was an attention getter for sure along with versions of Iron Man & My Little Pony etc... These were sold at the Huckleberry Toys Booth. Regular Minion Dave is limited to 300pcs and GID Dave is limited to 50pcs. They are 7" tall. These are bigger versions of the Chara-Covers which they also had for sale. Minion Carl is coming soon! They had a prototype of him at SDCC.

SDCC 2013 Toy Haul - Funko POP!s

The past year or so Funko has been getting a lot of great licenses for their POP! Vinyl Figures. Leave it to Funko to bring you over 50 exclusives ranging from hit shows such as The Big Bang Theory to TMNT. Funko literally had something for everyone. Funko also released their 2nd Volume of their World of POP! Book. They also released DC x DOMO T-Shirts. Unfortunately, by the time we ever got inside their booth just about everything was gone for the day.

Funko revealed 8 more of their SDCC 2013 Exclusives. The first 5 above is POP! figures from The Big Bang Theory. The 4 guys in their Star Trek clothes lol and a different version of Amy Farrah Fowler.

Thinkway Toys x Despicable ME 2 Minion Surprise Figure

Thinkway Toys x Despicable ME Minion Surprise Figure. Found these the other day while randomly shopping. You never know what you can find. These are mini figures blind bagged so you don't know which figure you're getting. Shown above are the front and back of the packaging.  Retail is about $2.99.

Here's what we got when we opened the one we purchased.

When you open the package you will see this first as this is on top of the figure inside. It's basically the same thing as the packaging but made out of cardboard so you can throw your foil packaging away and still have the checklist in cardboard form.

Inside we got Dr. Nefario. and each figure comes with a stand because they can't stand on their own. Dr. Nefario is about 2" tall. These are cool to get and great if you're lacking space.

Weekend POP! Pickups!

Nothing like adding new toys to the collection! It's been a pretty great week! This weekend, picked up a couple of new POP! figures.

Yessssss! Despicable Me 2's Evil Minion was picked up over the weekend but looks like the rest of the Despicable Me 2 figures will be joining him soon. Wall-E has been a want for quite a while but have been waiting for the right time to pick him up.
