This year, FX is going big on Alien: Earth at San Diego Comic-Con. FX will host the series’ World Premiere in San Diego Comic-Con’s Hall H and transform the Hilton Bayfront lawn into “The Wreckage,” a uniquely immersive experience which allows guests to step into the terrifying world of Alien: Earth.

The Lodge is back: Paramount+ returns to San Diego for its third year with its biggest, boldest, and most immersive activations yet during Comic-Con. Taking over Happy Does in the Gaslamp District (340 5th Ave, San Diego), the interactive experience will be open to the public from Wednesday, July 23, through Sunday, July 27. Paramount+’s The Lodge has welcomed tens of thousands of fans this year as part of its third annual cross-country tour. South Park, Beavis And Butt-Head, And Digman! Set To Take The Stage At San Diego Comic-Con On Thursday, July 24th

 

Comedy Central is bringing together an all-star lineup of animation and comedy legends for a can’t-miss Hall H panel at San Diego Comic-Con 2025. Marking their triumphant return to SDCC after nearly a decade, Trey Parker and Matt Stone (South Park) will join Mike Judge (Beavis And Butt-Head) and Andy Samberg (Digman!) for the Comedy Central Adult Animation panel on Thursday, July 24 at 6:45 PM in Hall H. Season 27 of South Park premieres Wednesday, July 23 at 10:00 PM ET/PT, followed by the season two premiere of Digman! at 10:30 PM ET/PT on Comedy Central.

Paramount+ is bringing The Lodge back to San Diego Comic-Con for a second year with more titles, iconic franchise celebrations, and immersive activations than ever before! Located at the Gaslamp’s Happy Does (340 Fifth Ave, San Diego, CA 92101), this interactive fan experience will be available to the public starting July 24 from 6–10pm, July 25-27 from 12–10pm daily, and July 28 from 10am–7pm.

Hulu Animayhem: Enter The 2nd Dimension at SDCC

As the go-to destination for Adult Animation and Anime content - over 20,000 episodes across both genres - Hulu is thrilled to showcase their commitment to these dedicated fandoms with Hulu Animayhem. Announced earlier this month, Hulu Animayhem is a sub-brand that spotlights Hulu’s robust Adult Animation and Anime library, and highly-anticipated new titles and premieres, which will all show up in a big way at San Diego Comic-Con.  

From July 20 to 23, Hulu will be taking over the Bayfront Parking Lot at SDCC with an immersive Hulu Animayhem experience celebrating Adult Animation from 11:30am-7pm (July 20), 9:30am - 7pm (July 21-22) and 9:30am-5pm (July 23). Hulu is setting themselves apart from the SDCC crowd by using 2D drawing styles and optical illusions to create a 3D activation that feels comically flat and delightfully out-of-whack – just like the Hulu Animayhem shows fans know and love. At the Hulu Animayhem activation, attendees will be transported into an alluring 2D world where they can interact their favorite Adult Animation hits including:

 

• “Solar Opposites”: INSIDE THE WALL (Hulu Original/20th Television Animation)
• ZAP! Yumyulack has done it again. As fans enter the 2nd Dimension, they find themselves shrunken down and tossed into the beloved Wall, in this larger than life experience.
• Season four premieres on August 14, 2023 with 10 episodes, followed by a Valentine’s Day Special coming in 2024.
• “The Great North”: ALANIS BOREALIS (FOX/20th Television Animation)
• Fans will step into the expansive Alaskian landscape to join Judy Tobin as she asks for life advice from her imaginary best friend and famed 90’s singer/songwriter Alanis Morrisette. A projected Alanis constellation will appear in the sky and fans can witness the fun, playful interactions between the characters (and maybe even pick up some tips themselves!).

• The CIA’s most wanted alien has endless disguises. As fans continue to make their way through the experience, they get a look into just how infinite Roger’s collection of disguises really is!

• Step on Stewie’s infamous Time Travel Pad and take a trip through the 2nd Dimension with this unique photo opp.

Apple TV+ unveils details of immersive activation for 14 time Emmy-nominated hit drama “Severance” at San Diego Comic-Con

Live interactive experience at the Hard Rock Hotel will transport fans into the inner world of the year’s buzziest drama 

 

On the heels of the year’s hottest drama “Severance” landing 14 Emmy nominations, Apple TV+ today revealed details of the most sought-after destination at San Diego Comic-Con International - - the “Lumon Industries Orientation” experience. Developed in partnership with the series’ executive producer and director, Ben Stiller, the must-see immersive experience will run throughout the four days of the world’s largest fan convention, from Thursday, July 21 through Sunday, July 24 at the Hard Rock Hotel.

Fans will have a unique opportunity to be “severed” - a procedure that separates your work life from your personal life - as they immerse themselves as new employees in the world of Lumon Industries. The experience will take guests seeking better work-life balance through their first day on Lumon's severed floor, but from the moment they enter the boardroom, they will realize that not all is as it seems. 

New employees will navigate through several locations featured in the critically acclaimed series for an up-close dive into the mysterious Lumon world. Stops on their first-day orientation include the iconic boardroom where the new hires will meet their  ‘innie” and MDR where they can try their hand at refining data. As employees explore life on the severed floor they will interact with longstanding Lumon employees and gather perks along the way.

Beginning Thursday, July 21 at 6:00 a.m. PT, and continuing throughout the weekend, fans will be able secure a reserved time to experience Lumon’s employee orientation, at welcometolumon.com. Additional slots will be released each day at 6:00 a.m. PT and a standby line will be available for those without a reservation. In accordance with Comic-Con’s COVID policy, proof of vaccination or a negative COVID test will be required for entry, along with face masks and identification.

Comic-Con attendees can also expect a fan-favorite lineup of panels celebrating Apple original series during the four day festival. The panels will feature cast and creative teams from the Emmy-nominated workplace thriller “Severance,” lauded alternate-reality series “For All Mankind” the acclaimed workplace comedy “Mythic Quest,” plus a not-to-be-missed panel featuring some of the today’s greatest storytellers from “See,” “Invasion,” “Foundation, “Mythic Quest” and “For All Mankind” to share their world-building insights with fans.

Apple TV+ today revealed a fan-favorite lineup of panels of its celebrated original series, marking its debut at the world’s largest fan-based convention, San Diego Comic-Con International. The panels will feature cast and creative teams from the hit thriller “Severance,” lauded alternate-reality series “For All Mankind” the acclaimed workplace comedy “Mythic Quest,” plus a not-to-be-missed panel featuring some of today’s greatest storytellers from “See,” “Invasion,” “Foundation” and “For All Mankind” to share their world-building insights with fans. 

In addition to these must-see panels, attendees will have the opportunity - if they dare - to get “severed” as they immerse themselves in the world of Lumon Industries at an innovative “Severance” installation at the Hard Rock Hotel. The experience will take new Lumon employees through their first day on the severed floor where all of their senses will be required if they hope to be reunited with their ‘outtie.’ The experience is created in partnership with Ben Stiller and the show producers.
