The beloved annual spin-off of the best-selling Dread the Halls returns with 48 pages of convention horror, satire, and glorious chaos from Eisner and Harvey Award-nominated writer Jordan Hart (Ripple Effects) and Syzygy Publishing founder Chris Ryall (Francis Ford Coppola's Megalopolis), arriving in comic shops July 22, 2026, from Image/Syzygy. Featuring interior art by Luana Vecchio, C.P. Wilson III, Marianna Ignazzi, and Tom Williams, the oversized one-shot transforms convention spectacle into something far stranger. From collectors pushed past the brink to fandom spiraling into obsession, every story captures the excitement, anxiety, and beautiful absurdity of convention culture as the show floor slowly comes apart. THE VAMPIRE LESTAT: ONE NIGHT ONLY LIVE – PREMIERE EVENT PERFORMANCE TO MAKE STREAMING DEBUT ON AMC+ ON AUGUST 23

NEW YORK- July 14, 2026- AMC Global Media today announced that The Vampire Lestat: One Night Only LIVE, the standing-room-only performance celebrating AMC’s premiere of its newly-released The Vampire Lestat at New York City’s iconic Beacon Theatre last month, will make its streaming debut on AMC+ on Sunday, August 23.  Additionally, highlights from the electrifying premiere event, featuring original songs from series composer Daniel Hart and performed by Sam Reid, will be screened for fans in Hall H at Comic Con International on Friday, July 24. 

Following the screening, cast and executive producers from The Vampire Lestat will take the Hall H stage for the first time to reflect on the series’ jaw-dropping season finale, premiering Sunday, July 19 on AMC and AMC+.

Officially Certified Fresh on Rotten Tomatoes with a perfect 100% critical score, The Vampire Lestat follows Lestat (Reid) on an electric multi-city tour while he’s haunted by “muses” from his wild and rebellious past. Apple TV at SDCC 2026

 

Apple TV today revealed a lineup of its celebrated original films and series for a first-time Hall H panel at this year's San Diego Comic-Con International. Set for Saturday, July 25, at 2:00pm, the Apple lineup includes the genre-bending, celebrated series  “Widow’s Bay” — coming off the heels of its record-breaking 19 Emmy nominations — upcoming films “Matchbox The Movie” and “Mayday,” as well as the critically acclaimed fan-favorite series “Dark Matter,”  and “Silo.”  Josh Horowitz, host of the “Happy, Sad, Confused” podcast will moderate all of the conversations.

In addition to the Hall H panel, fans will also be able to attend a special sneak preview screening of the first episode of the new season of “Dark Matter,” and take an immersive step into the underground world of “Silo” in a multi-sensory installation that will transport visitors into the silo itself to experience the tension, intrigue, and atmosphere that has captivated audiences worldwide.

William Shatner Documentary + SDCC 2022 Hall H Panel

 Legion M and Exhibit A Pictures are announcing a new documentary directed by Alexandre O. Philippe, in which William Shatner takes off the countless masks he's worn throughout his storied career, to reveal the man behind one of the most recognizable faces in the world.

In truly unique fashion, Legion M, the world's first fan-owned entertainment company, is allowing fans to invest directly in the project. Unlike a Kickstarter or IndieGogo campaign, these investors are doing more than just providing the funds to produce the film -- they also own a share of any potential profits the documentary earns. Investment terms have not been released yet, but beginning today fans can sign up to make a non-binding, no-obligation reservation HERE. Prime Video confirmed that The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power series will be coming to Comic-Con International: San Diego this July. Creators and stars of the much-anticipated new series will take to the coveted Hall H stage for the very first time, inviting fans of the much beloved franchise to experience Middle-earth as they never have before.

 

The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power panel will introduce the international team of actors bringing the show’s roster of new and legendary characters of J.R.R. Tolkien’s Second Age to life. 

 

The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power is led by showrunners and executive producers J.D.
