SIDESHOW & J. SCOTT CAMPBELL BRING FANTASIES TO LIFE AT NEW YORK COMIC CON

Sideshow has teamed up with much-loved comic book artist J. Scott Campbell to bring his artwork to life as a series of luxury statues.

 

This weekend Sideshow will be unveiling The Little Mermaid, the first in a new line of high-end collectibles entitled "J. Scott Campbell's Fairytale Fantasies Collection".

Working closely with J. Scott Campbell, Sideshow has translated his stunning 2D art into an exquisite 3D statue that is simply a must-buy for any fan of Campbell's work, fantasy, or pin-up art.

The Little Mermaid Statue will be shown to the public for the very first time at Sideshow's booth (#1912) at New York Comic Con, October 5-8th 2017.

Super7's Exclusives & Debuts for NYCC 2017

Super7 will be bringing some exclusives and a few debuts to New York Comic Con! Stop by booth #126 and pick up the exclusive Alien Queen Japanese Soft Vinyl Figure or the Cute Mummy Boy soft vinyl figure.

Marvel Contest of Champions to Offer Exclusive Minimates at NYCC 2017

New York Comic-Con is fast approaching, and Kabam’s hit mobile and online game Marvel Contest of Champions is coming to New York Comic-Con! Offering tournament-style gameplay on the show floor, the Marvel Contest of Champions team will award prize packages to daily winners as well as the grand prize winner, but visitors to the booth can also get free swag, including exclusive Marvel Minimates!

Two original characters from the game, Guillotine and Civil Warrior, have been turned into 2-inch Marvel Minimates, each with 14 points of articulation and character-specific accessories. The French-Algerian vigilante Guillotine comes with her sword, La Fleur du Mal, which thirsts to punish the guilty; the mysterious Civil Warrior, believed to be an alternate reality’s Captain America, comes with his repulsor-tech shield.

One random bagged Minimate will be given to each visitor to the Marvel Contest of Champions booth, #1466, with a limit of one per day.

The DC Vinimates line kicks off this week with Series 1 shipping to stores, including comic-style versions of Batman, Harley Quinn and Hal Jordan. LONDON, ON – May 30, 2017 – Leading up to its second annual Warframe^® fan convention, TennoCon 2017, independent game developer and publisher Digital Extremes announced today it has partnered with famed indie label Top Cow Comics to create an original Warframe comic series. Based on source material from the cooperative online action game and in collaboration with the Warframe development team, the series is written by Top Cow President/COO and Writer Matt Hawkins (Think Tank, The Tithe, Aphrodite IX) and Top Cow Editor Ryan Cady. An exclusive Con edition of Issue #1 will be distributed for the first time to all TennoCon attendees for free on Saturday, July 8.
