Magic The Gathering x Spider-Man Activation at SDCC 2025 Recap

The Magic: The Gathering x Spider-man activation was pretty cool. We stopped by preview night which was a preview for press/media to check out. They had 5 different welcome decks that you could possible get. They had a comic book room where you can play the game or if you wanted to learn how to play they could teach you as well. They also had the Daily Bugle newspaper, comic book and plenty of photo ops. For press/media night, they served drinks, food and had a DJ. Overall it was a fun experience. Just ahead of the figure's worldwide release, Sideshow's newest UNBOXING VIDEO gives fans an up-close look at the Miles Morales (Bodega Cat Suit) by Hot Toys.

Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales won the hearts of video game fans throughout the world — not only for its incredible story and thrilling gameplay, but also for the addition of an adorable furry friend. By completing missions, fans unlocked a very special Spidey-suit with a backpack containing a bodega cat!

 

This new highly accurate Marvel 1/6 figure is inspired by the appearance of Miles Morales in his "Bodega Cat Suit" from the video game. Loot Crate "Laboratory" Unboxing. Well this didn't arrive until Mid-December or so. Loot Crate has become a bit late on releasing their boxes as scheduled for a lot of their Loot Subscriptions. Most of ours come later after they closing cut off and usually don't get them until the following month if at all. Loot Crate was the original subscription services that started off this subscription pop culture craziness the past few years. Hopefully, they can get things back on track and keep their customers happy.
