Despicable Me 2 Happy Meal Toys

Before SDCC, Mcdonalds in the U.S. released their Despicable Me 2 Happy Meal Toys. This movie was a hit and of course the main stars were the Minions which explains why every Happy Meal Toy was a Minion and not one of the girls or Gru etc... were in the set. We were able to get 7 of the 8 before SDCC and didn't get the last one until we came back. These look pretty good for Happy Meal Toys and they don't cost much either which is a plus.

If you wanted to be a super completest for these then there are different countries who released the Despicable Me 2 Happy Meal Toys too and certain countries get 1 or 2 different exclusive figures that other countries don't get. Some countries have more than 8 for their set. Definitely satisfied with the U.S. set and won't be trying to collect the ones from other countries.

Skinner x Cop A Squat Toys Semi Korosiya Release

Skinner will be releasing a micro run of Cop A Squat Toys' Semi Korosiya on Thursday, August 29th at Noon Pacific in Skinner's shop HERE for $225. This release is limited to 10 and also comes with a an awesome print.

Splurrt's "Saved From Incineration" Cadaver Twins

This is a surprise micro release from Splurrt which will be a lottery type deal. Splurrt will be releasing a micro run of "Saved From Incineration" Cadaver Twins. Lottery style via Email. Entries will be accepted now until tomorrow, Sunday 8/25/13.

"5" tall and articulated at the neck, 3 arms, and 3 legs, The Twins are cast in Japanese vinyl and feature a very intricate paint job. They will be $170 each plus shipping. Continental USA shipping will be $7. All others will be calculated, please include in your lottery submission if you would prefer first class or Priority.

Splurrt x HelloPike Usir

So these were released today! Totally forgot about to post this the other day. Splurrt released a micro run of Usirs painted by HelloPike. These were $55 each and sold in Splurrt's store. These are SOLD OUT and were all snatched up pretty quick.

Super7's Mummy Mania Release

Super7 will be releasing the much anticipated Mummy Mania Mummy Boy winners from their Mummy Mania show back in..... January 2012. Super7 will be releasing Eckotyper's Spinal Fusion Pocket Mummy Boy and Gian Marayag's Saturday Night Special Mummy Boy.

The Saturday Night Special Mummy boy is cast in dark charcoal grey vinyl with soft sprays of army green, maroon, light grey and gold sprays with a soft satin matte finish. Eckotyper's Spinal Fusion Pocket Mummy Boy has metallic purple sprays revealing his glow-in-the-dark resin skeletal system through unpainted clear blue vinyl areas on his belly, eyes and mouth.

Prices for the Saturday Night Special Mummy Boy is $50 & the Spinal Fusion Pocket Mummy Boy is $35. These will both be released on Thursday, August 29th at NOON Pacific HERE!

Super7's SSSS to Re-Open Soon

Super7 announced that they will soon be accepting new members into the SSSS (Super Seven Secret Society). They will be re-opening on Thursday, August 29th at Noon Pacific until September 5th. Membership costs $125 in their store here.

Cometdebris announced that they will be releasing a new Tokoichi Seiju this Saturday/Sunday (Aug. 24th 9PM Pacific / Aug. 25th 1PM Japan). This releases is on yellow vinyl with Yellow with red, green, black, and gold. This is a signed and numbered limited edition release for $100 + shipping in their store HERE.

D23 Expo 2013 Recap

We recently attended the D23 Expo on Friday, August 9th 2013. We never attended the first 2 shows that was held previously and didn't know what to expect. We were only able to attend on Friday of the show. The show was filled with everything associated with Disney from Pixar to Marvel. There were exclusives and special events held throughout the 3-day show. This year they held a D23 Marathon where the finish line was at the front of the Anaheim Convention Center.

SDCC 2013 Free Stuff

Trying to round up what we got free from SDCC. There wasn't as much really "good" free stuff like previous years but we did manage to get some stuff.

Every attendee (well almost everyone) got a free WB Swag Bag. This year was a backpack type bag with removable cape.
