We picked up the Marvel Collector Corps Year One Box at SDCC. This was offered to us right before SDCC and of course they sold out quickly. Picked this up at SDCC with ease. The line was short and seemed they had plenty when we purchased ours. This box cost $125 while the regular box would cost $25 plush shipping. This box was also bigger/heavier than the regular boxes. Two Thumbs Up for Marvel Collector Corps Avengers: Age of Ultron Debut Box

Another Subscription? Seems like there's so many different subscription boxes out now. We were a bit skeptical on signing up for the Marvel Collector Corps which is powered by Funko in collaboration with Marvel. First the good news is that this subscription is not monthly but bi-monthly and because it's Marvel, there will be a theme for each box and the April Debut box is Avengers: Age of Ultron. Forgot to also say that this arrived on National Superhero Day and before the Avengers: Age of Ultron Movie comes out in Theaters which was great timing!

The next box coming out in June will be Ant-Man Themed. With shipping costs & tax the box costs a bit over $30.The box is pretty big and bulky. Love the shipping box graphics. More pics of the box below as well as a pictoral unboxing.

Funko Launches Marvel Collector Corps Subscription

Funko announced that they have Officially launched the Marvel Collector Corps Subscription Service. This is a bi-monthly subscription for $25 + shipping. You can also purchase a yearly subscription where you will receive an exclusive Founder Statue. The first box will ship in April and the theme is Marvel's Avengers: Age of Ultron and includes exclusive figures, apparel and accessories.
