Adult Swim readies a massive return to this year’s San Diego Comic-Con with a packed schedule of live events, can’t-miss panels, and exclusive giveaways celebrating its most beloved and buzzworthy series and anchored by an outdoor “Pirate Purrrty on the Green” fan activation. 

“Continuing our long tradition of being on the green at SDCC, last year we introduced a pirate ship motif because we have always viewed ourselves as media pirates,” said Adult Swim President Michael Ouweleen. “We’ve also always used cats in Adult Swim iconography (because they are night creatures?), so this year, obviously, it’s cats and pirates. Expect owls next year, because that’s the other animal we associate ourselves with. Just roll with it. Don’t think too hard. It will be hilarious. Please come hang with us and the best show creators and animation staff in the business.”

Tuca & Bertie Season Three Discussion and Q&A - Saturday, July 23, 11:15 AM - 12:15 PM PT

This summer is sure to sizzle with the highly anticipated return of Tuca & Bertie on Adult Swim! Creator and Executive Producer Lisa Hanawalt will join series star Tiffany Haddish (Tuca), alongside Nicole Beyer (Gamby) and Sasheer Zamata (Kara), to dive into the upcoming third season of the Adult Swim animated comedy about colorful bird girl besties who navigate the ups and downs of adulting in life, love, and everything in between.

Loot Crate Animation Unboxing

We were unfortunately in the group of people that had our Loot Crate delayed due to a shortage in T-shirts for this month's crate. So we got our crate in mid-August just as the August Crate was closing. Disappointed that this box took so long to arrive.

Another note is that our (non-regular) mail carrier that delivered this box decided to shove/squish this into our mailbox and slightly crushed our crate but luckily nothing was broken. As a huge animation fan, this box was definitely worth the wait.
