Funko recently announced their POP! Home line which offers Ceramic Mugs and Salt & Pepper Shakers. The first ones announced are a bunch of Super Heroes. For the POP! Ceramic Mugs - Captain America, Hulk, Iron Man and Spider-Man are the first ones to be released for $9.99 each. For the Salt & Pepper Shakers the two sets announced are Captain America / Iron Man and Spider-Man / Black Suit Spider-Man which will be $14.99 each. All of these are scheduled to be released in November just in time for Christmas.

Tsum Tsum Figures from Jakks Pacific

Jakks Pacific was at D23 Expo and had their booth space divided into various sections and these cute Tsum Tsum figures got our attention. We don't collect a lot of plush collectibles so these are right up our alley. Shown were 2 different types of packaging either small pack (3) or the large pack (9). We attended D23 Expo this year on Friday the first day of the show as fans/attendees and not as media/press so our coverage is very lite since we didn't have a lot of time and wanted to do as much as we could with the time that we had.

New Clip from LEGO DC Comics Super Heroes - Justice League: Attack of the Legion of Doom

Warner Bros. Home Entertainment is distributing (as Blu-ray Combo Pack and DVD) “LEGO DC Comics Super Heroes - Justice League: Attack of the Legion of Doom” on August 25. Available now on Digital HD.

The “LEGO DC Comics Super Heroes - Justice League: Attack of the Legion of Doom" clip features Lex Luthor (voiced by John DiMaggio) hatching the first part of his diabolical plan -- to create a villains version of the Justice League. To do so, Luthor, along with guest judges Black Manta (Kevin Michael Richardson) & Sinestro (Mark Hamill), hosts "tryouts" for the Legion of Doom -- with all your favorite DC villains auditioning to join the team.

Warner Bros. Home Entertainment is distributing (as Blu-ray Combo Pack and DVD) “Batman Unlimited: Monster Mayhem” on August 18. This is available now on Digital HD. 

The “Batman Unlimited: Monster Mayhem” clip features Batman, Red Robin, Nightwing and Green Arrow in hot pursuit of a few unwelcome treat-or-treaters in Gotham City on Halloween night -- Solomon Grundy and Silver Banshee. Roger Craig Smith provides the voice of Batman, alongside Yuri Lowenthal (Red Robin), Will Friedle (Nightwing) and Green Arrow (Chris Diamantopoulos). Fred Tatasciore (Grundy) and Kari Wuhrer (Banshee) voice the villains.

Walt Disney Parks and Resorts Announces New Lands, Entertainment and Experiences at D23 EXPO 2015

Star Wars, Toy Story Land, Pandora – The World of AVATAR, Soarin’ and Iron Man among new experiences coming for guests

ANAHEIM, Calif. (Aug. 15, 2015) – Today, Disney announced a line-up of new attractions and entertainment coming to its theme parks around the world during the D23 EXPO 2015 in Anaheim, Calif. 

Walt Disney Parks and Resorts Chairman Bob Chapek gave 7,500 lucky fans a behind-the-scenes look at what’s to come.  He was joined by Imagineers working on these projects as well as legendary filmmakers James Cameron and Jon Landau who shared new details about Pandora – The World of AVATAR including the names of the land and E-ticket attraction – AVATAR Flight of Passage.  Fans also got a chance to see Marvel legend Stan Lee in a cameo appearance where he posed as an unsuspecting fan during Iron Man’s dramatic entrance.

BURBANK, CA, August 15, 2015 – In celebration of the Digital HD and Blu-ray™ release of Disney’s “Cinderella” on September 15, 2015, Walt Disney Studios is proud to announce the “A Million Words of Kindness” Campaign, launched on August 15, 2015. Inspired by the spirit of Cinderella, this online initiative invites fans everywhere to pledge their commitment to be courageous and kind in the hopes of achieving “A Million Words of Kindness” in time for World Kindness Day on November 13^th, 2015.

In the film “Cinderella,” Ella is told by her mother, “Where there is kindness, there is goodness; and where there is goodness, there is magic.” Now families everywhere can create this magic themselves by submitting words of courage and kindness at www.cinderellakindness.com, using the hashtags #Cinderella and #bekind or the handle @Cinderellamovie. These kind words and their entrant’s names will then appear on the site’s interactive “Kindness Wall.”
