NICKELODEON CELEBRATES 20 YEARS OF AVATAR: THE LAST AIRBENDER WITH EPIC HOMAGE TO THE AVATAR-VERSE AT SDCC 2025

 

 

Nickelodeon is celebrating 20 years of Avatar: The Last Airbender with an epic homage to the Avatar-verse, at Comic-Con International: San Diego 2025.  Its 1,800 square-foot booth (#4113) on the convention center floor will bring the four elements—Water, Earth, Fire and Air--to life through immersive experiences and special photo opportunities.

The following is a rundown of Nickelodeon’s panel, booth activities and outdoor activation:

20 Years. 4 Elements. 1 Avatar. Nickelodeon is celebrating Avatar: The Last Airbender’s 20th anniversary with a panel that will take fans on a special journey through the legacy of the Avatar-verse. Join original voice cast members Zach Tyler Eisen (Aang), Jack DeSena (Sokka), Michaela Jill Murphy (Toph), Jennie Kwan (Suki), Dante Basco (Zuko) and Dee Bradley Baker (Appa), series composer Jeremy Zuckerman, and creators Bryan Konietzko and Michael Dante DiMartino, as they celebrate one of the most beloved animated series of all time. Moderated by: Janet Varney (the voice of Korra). Yip Yip!  

 

SONY PICTURES TELEVISION TO MAKE SAN DIEGO COMIC-CON DEBUT WITH FAN FAVORITES THE BOYS, COBRA KAI AND TWISTED METAL

 

Sony Pictures Television (SPT) will make its San Diego Comic-Con debut featuring panels, activations, giveaways, signings and exclusive content, as well as its first-ever booth on the convention floor (Booth #4745) featuring fan-favorite series The Boys, Cobra Kai, Twisted Metal and For All Mankind. Additionally, two new animated shows from SPT, Universal Basic Guys and Sausage Party: Foodtopia will be previewed in special animation panels during the convention.

The fearless space ranger, who appeared in Pixar’s groundbreaking CG-animated feature-film debut Toy Story in 1995, as well as Toy Story 2 (1999) and Toy Story 3 (2010), has taken flight in Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade^® six times as a giant character helium balloon, measuring 67.7-feet long, 39.9-feet wide and 34.3-feet tall. This summer, the Disney•Pixar Buzz Lightyear balloon travels to the West Coast for the first time ever, welcoming guests to D23 EXPO 2015 as it soars outside the Anaheim Convention Center on Friday, Aug. 14, 2015. D23 EXPO 2015 takes place through August 16. 

Skylanders at SDCC

Stop by the Skylanders Booth #303 at SDCC and check out a new level of Skylanders Trap Team. Skylanders will also have a panel on Thursday, July 24th 6-7PM in Room 7AB. Every attendee will receive limited edition Skylander giveaways.

MTV Announces Time & Location of the Teen Wolf Panel & Fan Signing at SDCC

MTV ANNOUNCES TIMES AND LOCATIONS OF “TEEN WOLF”

New York, NY (July 8, 2014)— MTV announced today the "Teen Wolf" panel at San Diego Comic-Con will take place on Thursday, July 24 from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m. in Ballroom 20.  Tyler Posey, Dylan O’Brien, Tyler Hoechlin, Holland Roden, plus new cast members Shelley Hennig and Dylan Sprayberry, along with Executive Producer Jeff Davis, will once again take Comic-Con by storm, giving fans a can’t-miss panel in which they will share season four secrets, debut a new mid-season trailer and answer fan questions.  The panel will be moderated by Buzzfeed Senior Editor, Jarett Wieselman.

 

Teen Wolf” will also have a show-themed booth on the convention center floor for the first time ever.  The booth (#3729) will be open to fans all weekend long and will be highlighted by signings and special appearances by cast and crew.  The booth will also feature four full days of activations where fans can insert themselves into a custom character poster and create their own “Teen Wolf”-inspired monster. Additionally, MTV commissioned artist Swann Smith to illustrate a limited edition bestiary that serves as a full guide to the creatures of Beacon Hills.  The bestiary will be distributed for free throughout the weekend and Swann will be on hand signing copies at the booth. 

 

There will also be a cast signing at the Twentieth Century Fox Home Entertainment booth (#4213), which distributes the DVD.  Special edition season three DVDs that will be exclusive to Comic-Con attendees, will also be available for purchase at the Twentieth Century Fox Home Entertainment booth.
