WHAT:                  Warner Bros. Discovery Global Consumer Products (WBDGCP) is joining the party at “Peacefest,” HBO Max’s immersive fan experience inspired by Peacemaker’s chaotic, glam rock–fueled world. Exclusive must-haves and new offerings will be available from DC Shop (shop.DC.com) and official WBDGCP licensed partners McFarlane Toys, Sideshow, and Upper Deck at Vigilante’s Hero S*** Merch Shop at Peacefest.

 

New offerings arrive for fans to celebrate the DC Studios live action series, ahead of its season two premiere August 21 on HBO Max. 

SONY PICTURES TELEVISION TO MAKE SAN DIEGO COMIC-CON DEBUT WITH FAN FAVORITES THE BOYS, COBRA KAI AND TWISTED METAL

 

Sony Pictures Television (SPT) will make its San Diego Comic-Con debut featuring panels, activations, giveaways, signings and exclusive content, as well as its first-ever booth on the convention floor (Booth #4745) featuring fan-favorite series The Boys, Cobra Kai, Twisted Metal and For All Mankind. Additionally, two new animated shows from SPT, Universal Basic Guys and Sausage Party: Foodtopia will be previewed in special animation panels during the convention. 

 

Good Grief! Peanuts Pop-Up Gift Shop! Recap

Super7's Good Grief! Peanuts Pop-up Gift Shop during SDCC 2019 took place Friday evening until the end of SDCC. LOVE this pop-up event! Yes, there was another Snoopy/ Peanuts shop in the Gaslamp district which was opened throughout comic-con but this here is all about unique and awesome exclusives like no other. We were able to get a sneak peek (press preview) before the event opened later than night. Love the original '50 looks of Charlie Brown, Snoopy and the gang. They even painted the side of their building with Charlie Brown's Zig Zag shirt pattern.

How many of you went to DesignerCon this year? We know that there a lot of people who couldn't make it this year and we did our best to try and get pictures of as many booths and toys as we could. As you all know the show expanded into yet another hall. The inflatable DCon in the above picture was new as well and there were street banners promoting DCon which we forgot to get a picture of.

Super7's SDCC 2015 Exclusives Roundup!

Ok, Super7 is no doubt killing it with their SDCC 2015 exclusives and offsite event. Here's what you need to know. Everything above can be purchased at Super7's Booth #4945. The Cab Dragon will be released on Saturday, July 11th at 2pm during Steve Caballero's Signing.

The Pink M.O.T.U.S.C.L.E. Sets can be purchased at both Super7's Booth and at the Skeletor's Lair. You must get the Skeletoken at Super7's Booth #4945 or Mattel's Booth #3029 in order to enter the Skeletor's Lair Pop-Up Shop. The Skeletor's Lair Pop-Up Shop is located at 701 8th Ave, San Diego. Show them the Skeletoken and you will be allowed inside to purchase exclusive items. You get to keep the Skeletoken as well! Big WOW! ComicFest 2015 Recap

Last weekend, The Big WOW! ComicFest was held at the San Jose Convention Center in San Jose, CA. This is the Bay Area's Biggest Comic-Con since Wondercon has not had a presence in the Bay Area for quite a few years now.

The weather was perfect. The show was great this year! It did get a bit bigger than last year or maybe we're not as jaded as we were the previous year. You can't compare this to say SDCC or Wondercon as those shows are filled with Movie/TV Studios. There were lots of artists and vendors selling their merchandise from cosplay weapons, replicas, toys, collectibles, comics, art, t-shirts and lots more. What we would love to see more of is indie toy makers. We know there are more of you out there!

Andrew Bell's SDCC 2014 Preview

Andrew Bell revealed some of what he will have at SDCC this year. He'll be at this Dumbrella Booth #1335. He'll have an exclusive Android Mini Collectibles Heroes & Villains II  (Super User, Professor Eval(), A/B Tester & Bot-Man). The set will cost $40 and is limited to 2 per person.

The next exclusive is the "illuminati" Glow in the dark Dealmaker. This is a soft vinyl figure made in the USA. $35 each.
