Here is the Mega Bloks Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out of the Shadows Leonardo Stealth Mini Figure. These are not blind box. We saw these at Toysrus but they only had Leo or Raph left.
Here's the back of the box where it shows you the other figures to collect. Wanted to get Casey Jones but they didn't have him. Hopefully Toysrus restocks or other retailers will get these in.

These have a lot of articulation so you can pose these however you want within reason. Clear green because Leo is in stealth mode. Really cool figure. These retailed for $3.99. More pics of the figure below.
