On November 19, 2016,
comic book shops across North America will take part in Local Comic
Shop Day®, celebrating independently-owned comic book retailers
everywhere. Participating stores have access to exclusive products, and
this year
Diamond Select Toys is pleased to announce that they have created an
item exclusively for Local Comic Shop Day® retailers: The Lost in Space
Anti-Matter B9 Vinimate!
Part of the 4-inch Vinimates vinyl figure line,
this variant version of B9 is sculpted in the Minimates mini-figure
style, with an exclusive black-and-white paint job! This color scheme is
based on the famous
Lost in Space episode, “The Anti-Matter Man,” in which the robot
B9 travels to an anti-matter universe and meets his cold-hearted
anti-matter counterpart. The vinyl figure comes packaged in a full-color
window box with a “Local Comic Shop Day®” logo
sticker.
Anti-Matter B9 will go on sale on November 19,
and only storefront retailers participating in Local Comic Shop Day®
will have the option of ordering this exclusive variant. A list of
participating retailers will be available next month
