Diamond Select Toys, Gentle Giant LTD and Ironguard Supplies will be set up at Booth 2607, and they’ll have fun events, swell booth exclusives, a fully-stocked store, and a team of helpful staff waiting to answer your questions. Let’s see what they’ve got going on!

First up, besides the four exclusives DST made for Diamond Comics (available at booth 2401), Gentle Giant LTD will have four exclusives that will only be at booth 2607! An animated-style Iron Man statue, a Jumbo Jawa figure, and busts of Marvel’s Vision and Star Wars’ Grievous will be for sale to attendees, with a limited number available to the Gentle Giant LTD Premier Guild after the show.

Shout! Studios Returns to San Diego for Comic-Con 2024

 

Shout! Studios is thrilled to announce its return to the convention center this summer for San Diego Comic-Con 2024! Showcasing fan favorites and the best of pop culture, this year’s highlights include a The Last Unicorn/I’m Afraid You’ve Got Dragons scavenger hunt along with Saga Press, a limited edition trading card giveaway celebrating the 15^th anniversary of LAIKA’s Coraline, exclusive hand fans featuring The Jim Henson Company’s Labyrinth, and a photobooth that will immerse convention attendees into a variety of backdrops from some of your favorite Shout! releases, including Farscape, Pee-wee’s Playhouse, Coraline, and Labyrinth.

Shaun of the Dead SDCC 2024 Pop-Up Experience

Focus Features will celebrate the 20th anniversary of Edgar Wright's cult classic horror comedy, Shaun of the Dead, with a special immersive pop-up experience during San Diego Comic-Con 2024. An unforgettable homage to the iconic zombie movie, the Shaun of the Dead pop-up promises to transport visitors directly into the hilariously twisted universe of the film.

Located at 520 Fifth Avenue, the space is open to the public from Thursday, July 25th, through Sunday, July 28th. Thursday through Saturday the pop-up is open from 12pm-6pm and 12pm-4pm on Sunday. Fans will be able to explore a meticulously crafted set re-creation of the Winchester Tavern, interactive photo opps, a complimentary can of themed beer courtesy of Beer Zombies (must be 21+, while supplies last), exclusive merch, game demos and giveaways. 

One of the highlights of the experience will be the chance for guests to be among the first in the world to play the Shaun of the Dead-inspired level of the upcoming co-op action game, Funko Fusion, developed by 10:10 Games. This exclusive sneak peek comes ahead of the game's global release this fall. Pre-orders for physical console editions of the game are currently available at select global retailers and digital distribution partners.

Hulu Animayhem’s Factory at San Diego Comic-Con

Hulu is bringing Animayhem back to San Diego Comic-Con with a zany, 2D factory where its beloved animated series are made. The activation is located right next to the Convention Center on the Bayfront’s Parking Lot. AMC NETWORKS HEADS TO SAN DIEGO COMIC CON

 

AMC Networks announced today its lineup of five star-studded series panels at this year’s Comic-Con International in San Diego, CA, including the Walking Dead Universe series The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon - The Book of Carol and The Walking Dead: Dead City; the Anne Rice Immortal Universe series Anne Rice’s Interview with the Vampire and Anne Rice’s Mayfair Witches; and the final season of Snowpiercer. Fans will get an exclusive first-look at trailers and teases from the highly anticipated second seasons of Dead City and Daryl Dixon - The Book of Carol, which premieres on Sunday, September 29 on AMC and AMC+. Attendees will be treated to an advance screening of the second episode of Snowpiercer’s final season, followed by a panel with cast and executive producers. Additionally, the casts and creative teams from Interview with the Vampire, which was recently renewed for a third season, and Mayfair Witches, returning early next year, will discuss their respective series and debut new teases. AMC Networks will also present a special advanced screening of Daryl Dixon - The Book of Carol on Friday, July 26 at the Rooftop Cinema Club Embarcadero.

SONY PICTURES TELEVISION TO MAKE SAN DIEGO COMIC-CON DEBUT WITH FAN FAVORITES THE BOYS, COBRA KAI AND TWISTED METAL

 

Sony Pictures Television (SPT) will make its San Diego Comic-Con debut featuring panels, activations, giveaways, signings and exclusive content, as well as its first-ever booth on the convention floor (Booth #4745) featuring fan-favorite series The Boys, Cobra Kai, Twisted Metal and For All Mankind. Additionally, two new animated shows from SPT, Universal Basic Guys and Sausage Party: Foodtopia will be previewed in special animation panels during the convention.

Apple’s Hit Drama 'Silo' to Make San Diego Comic-Con Debut

Apple TV+ announced that “Silo,” its globally acclaimed and hit world-building drama based on Hugh Howey’s New York Times bestselling trilogy, will make its San Diego Comic-Con debut on Saturday July 27, 2024 for a panel and conversation around what fans can look forward to in the highly anticipated second season of “Silo” featuring star and executive producer Rebecca Ferguson, star Common, creator and showrunner Graham Yost and executive producer Hugh Howey, plus surprise special guests. The panel will be moderated by Adam Savage (Editor-in-Chief, Tested.com). 

“Silo” is the story of the last ten thousand people on earth, their mile-deep home protecting them from the toxic and deadly world outside. However, no one knows when or why the silo was built and any who try to find out face fatal consequences. Ferguson stars as Juliette, an engineer, who seeks answers about a loved one's murder and tumbles onto a mystery that goes far deeper than she could have ever imagined, leading her to discover that if the lies don't kill you, the truth will. 

Fans can catch up on the first season, now streaming globally on Apple TV+.

Following its global premiere in May 2023, “Silo” was quickly hailed as a “riveting and equally star-studded,” “must-watch” series and “simply transcendent sci-fi TV.” In addition to quickly reaching Certified Fresh status on Rotten Tomatoes, season one landed acclaim for its "rich and compelling” world-building elements, as well as the “incredible” performance by Ferguson, who “brings an understated gravitas” to the lead role.
